Good team, don't like the fact that you are using Legendaries though, but oh well. They are fine as long as these Pokémon are in-game. They don't have to be anything special, maybe get another natured Pikachu.

This team needs a lot of work. Since you have a mixture of Pokémons from different regions, I assumed you have access to FR/LG as well.

Leftovers is a much better healing item compared to Sitrus Berries.

;150; Mewtwo Brave
Leftovers

Substitute
Focus Punch
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

Since your Mewtwo is Brave Nature, SubPunch with BoltBeam will work nicely.

;254; Sceptile Timid
Leftovers

Leaf Blade
Thunderpunch
Substitute
Leech Seed

- Choice Band boosts Physical Attacks and locks you into using that move, until you switch out. Your Sceptile has no physical attacks, also not all moves were damaging moves.
- Sowrds Dance boosts physical attacks only. Leaf Blade and Dragon Claw are special attacks.

;025; Pikachu

3 Electric attacks are useless. You only need one. You can use the other slots for other attacks. Pikachu and its evos need the Substitute move tutor to work effectively. Since your Sceptile and Mewtwo will be having Substitute, there will be none left for Pikachu.

;208; Steelix Impish
Leftovers

Earthquake
Iron Tail
Rest
Toxic

Steelix is a defensive Pokémon, not an offensive one.

;065; Alakazam Mild
Leftovers

Psychic
Fire Punch
Ice Punch
Calm Mind

;384; Rayquaza Relaxed
Leftovers

Outrage/Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Thunder Bolt
Crunch

OR

Choice Band
-Extremespeed
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Aerial Ace

Use physical/special moveset, depending on whichever stat is higher on your Rayquaza.
