Pokemon Ranger Go-Rock Squad Base Help!!

Ok, here's the deal and I really need help on it!!

I'm Rank 9 and I'm in the Go-Rock Squad Base. I haven't gotten past the first room yet, where the red lazers or whatever are. I need help on the very last lazer way, because I've tried for two days straight and gotten nowhere. I've memorized the first two lazer ways, so I have no problem with them. It's just the last that's driving me crazy! Thanks!!

havnt played in ages but you gotta be fast and have perfect timing just watch them for a bit memorize their pattern then move around it
