With the first five episodes of D/P being held back for Season 10, do you think PUSA will hold back 5 episodes so we get a 52 episode season, or do you think we will get a 57 episode season?

What are you talking about? Those first five DP episodes are still part of Season 9.

Have no idea really, but 52 and 57 matter little. As long as they are good, it's fine with me.

Really. Oh great toasted TV jibbed on Australia again. We finished 9th season with no DP episodes and will be showing the first 5 DP episodes as 10th season with the rest next year sometime.:(

Maybe it depends on what country and how the airings handled depends on how many episodes.

America will probably have it part of 9th season.

Other countries maybe different when the DVD's are released. It doesn't really matter either way. As long as you get the episodes that's all that counts.

I don't see why it honestly matters. I mean, it's not like anything will change from season to season inside a region.

Not true. (Especially in Japan.) The D/P series started in Japan, but the first episodes of D/P were the last ones of the last season. They had a new theme song during the first D/P episode because there was no point in keeping the last one, especially for only five episodes.

WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG!

The Indigo League took up about a season and a half and kept the same opening throughout, EVEN when changing the season. Same for the Orange Islands, it fell into a bit of season three while keeping the same opening.

Haha. No.

The first opening was played during Season One and half of Season Two.

The second opening was played during the second half of Season Two and the first few episodes of Season Three.

The third opening was played during the later half of Season Three.

The fourth opening was played during Season Four.

The fifth opening was played during Season Five and the first part of Season Six.

etc, etc.

So when going by episodes ordered, and including the apparently dub banned episodes in Season 1, when doe each of the season's truly start?

"Banned" episodes are obviously not included in a season, since they were skipped in their entirity.

Season 1 starts with Pokemon - I Choose You, season 2 with Princess VS Princess, season 3 with Pokemon Water War, season 4 with A Goldenrod Opportunity, season 5 with Around the Whirlpool, season 6 with Address Unown, season 7 with What you Seed is What you Get, season 8 with Clamperl of Wisdom, season 9 with Fear Factor Phony and season 10 with Different Strokes for Different Blokes.

Simple as that. Non-negotiable.
