This is good, now we can see how far down a Pokémon's hp has to go before reversal and flail start to do respectable damage. However, there is a really odd typo in it:
Reversal is a Fighting Type Physical Attack, while Magikarp is a Normal Type Physical Attack.The Return/Frustration thing isn't as useful, because you would want to get the happiness as high (or low) as it could go anyway before battling.
