Uploading custom Avatars

Well, it said I can get help here in the title thing...

Anyways, I have an image I wanted to upload as a custom avatar, but i can't find the option to do so anywhere. I know it is possible since i am seeing the thing in the avatar screen mentioning the usage of custom avatars.

So basically, how do I upload a custom avatar? (it is a variation of the one i have right now, if proof is needed, I can supply it.)

Only Staff members can have custom avatars. This is because the forum would take longer to load if everyone had a custom avatar. So yeah. This forum doesn't have that option for a reason. Sorry for the inconvenience.
