Serebii chat connection problem

Whenever I try to connect, it says:

[16:03] Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect

Do i need to download mirc?

Don't bump.
And, download SPPScript 6.66, unzip it, and set it up, and then hit the lightening bolt button.
