Too late to get Manaphy and Darkrai?

If I were to buy Ranger 2 now, would I still be able to get these two pokemon, or have the necessary events come and gone and it's too late? (Or if the events *have* come and gone, are they still "active" so that I can still get them?)

they were events for when the game first came out, but its still a fun game (sorry if theres a ranger help thread erik, i don't see one)
