how do u put a pic in ur Signature thing?? and how to put ur custom avatar???

You upload an image on an image hosting website and then get the URL of the uploaded images, then go to User CP -> Edit Signature and put in around the URL. Then submit / preview (if you want to see how it looks before submitting the signature).

You cannot upload custom avatars; it's reserved for staff members.
