So what is the most ANNOYING job you have ever taken and did you finish it?
Im not talking about hard Jobs such as escorting a Oddish trough a fire dungeon to floor 30 and be stupid enough not to bring a reviver seed im talking about annoying jobs such as mine.

My most annoying is escorting a Vileplume to a Scyther in the Silent Chasm and it was only 6 floors. Why was it annoying? Because the stupid Vileplume kept using Aromatherapy even after using all its PP. Was so annoying. Just lucky i landed in the same spot as the stairs were four times and very few pokemon appeared.

What about you guys?

Never, ever, EVER do a mission where you have to capture a cowardly Gastly. I've spent over 15 minutes walking around one floor (My partner stood on the stairs, so Gastly couldn't escape) and then I was lucky enough to be able to throw a Sleep Seed at him.

Dark_Petal, I think we've been in a similar situation!
I had to capture a Shedinja that ran immediately for the cover of the walls and off the screen--plus I was dumb and forgot to bring Gravel Rocks. I had my partner sit on the stairs as well, while I chased it around the floor for at least ten minutes... then by chance, I finally landed a Bite attack on it.
Stupid me is stupid. I should have brought a Mobile Scarf with me, but when I accepted the mission, I didn't even consider Shedinja's ability to travel freely through walls.

Also, I hate the dumb "Get my Item Back!!" requests where the thief is a Skuntank... I've had at least two of those, and because of Skuntank's Aftermath, whenever I defeated it, it would drop the item and well... explode. So that destroyed the item I had to retrieve.

Well, I am really annoyed by most escorting missions because your client gets knocked out way too quickly, especially in the higher-level dungeons. But what I find REALLY annoying is when you bring FIVE or more reviver seeds and your stupid client uses up all of them because it thinks it can successfully battle those higher-level pokemon. Ugh!

Escorting a Tyranitar and not bringing a Rock/Ground/Steel type.

I hate weather damage. P:

Escorting a Pokemon that knows Selfdestruct, Explosion, or Memento. I hate it.

Once, I had to escort a beedrill through Midnight Forest. Last floor. Six Reviver Seeds. Two steps from the stairs.

Beedrill hits Pitfall Trap. What are the odds?

Always happening to me. They sometimes also just run off chasing high level pokemon. Altough once i was escorting a Nidoking and it was able to defeat a pokemon barely with less then 10 HP left. God i wish you could set the IQ on escorts to run away from enemy's or something.

Well.....I don't remember all my missions, but recently I had to get a Nidorina up the Giant Volcano 16F, and those big rooms, know them? There were Camerupt in there. The kept using Earth Power. Ugh! And then, finally, when I was only one floor away, I was like, "YEEESSSSSSS!" Then the game FROZE! DX At least I got to finish it now. Was lucky enough not to get them to use Earth Power.

Does the storyline Gengar escort in PMD1 count?
Heck, there aren't that many floors for you to travel, but there are lots of pitfall traps just waiting for that Gengar(lost some three times because of those), and lots of items like rocks and needles, the enemies can easily pick some up and toss them at Gengar until he dies.

Annoyance I have is a majority of the jobs are in 'easy' dungeons that pay off in 'peanuts'. I prefer more missions in Bottomless Sea, the EXp there is fantastic. COncealed and World Abyss is rough when the annoying Nidoqueen uses Earth movement. As for escorting clients, I make sure they're at the far end and I have trap busting Pokemon behind my lead Pokemon.

Best way to get a difficult Pokemon is have your LEAD Pokemon learn the IQ skill FAST FRIEND and equip with Golden Mask. My Roserade has over 60% recruitments, including a few Evolved Pokemon. Use your gummis to teach your lead Pokemon fast friend, but it's only on certain Pokemon like Roserade, Wigglytuff, Clefable, Altaria, and a few others.

That's happened to me many times. If I go to Bottomless Sea with an escort, I always have Ampharos' Charge and DIscharge on standby when I first start the next floor. I see more then 1 Pokemon, they are discharged FAST.

I've had a similar experience in PMD2. Since I was Cyndaquil, I could walk freely over lava, but I couldn't cross anything else. I had a mission to rescue a Milotic in a dungeon (I've forgotten which--I think it must have been either Marine Resort or Craggy Coast) and it kept moving over the water and out of sight. It took me several attempts to even FIND it--then it refused to move onto or to a square adjacent to the (ground) dungeon floor, where I was standing. I had to stay next to the water-covered area and repeatedly press the "A" button, waiting for it to come over so I could use my badge and rescue it. UGH.

You could have pressed B+A. :/
Oh.....if plot missions are included, I absolutely hated Dark Crater. Cresselia, darnit! She kept dying and dying and dying and sending us back!!!!! AND Mismagius can kill her easily. AND Darkrai could use Dream Eater. It's what made me stop playing PMD for a long while, and it's what brought us to LV80. :/

I was pretty sure I had this mission when I had to escort a grass type into giant volcano B18. Forgot since it was pretty long ago.

A mission when I had to retrieve the item from a Drifblim with Aftermath. It kept exploding the item xD But I brought my Kyogre, and Drizzle sorted it out.

Taking on a client, your lead Pokemon steps ont he warp trap, you can keep your fellow partners from moving, but the stupid client you have manages to walk into a confrontation with a Pokemon and gets KOed and kills the mission I had.

Escorting a Wurmple to Sky Stairways floor number 40+

Believe you me, that thing only has 7 HP, and most of the Pokemon there are FLYING types. Resolved it by...

...deleting it, wastes too many Reviver Seeds X_X

Having this Gloom outlaw at Apple Woods. Oh sure, it's an outlaw so what? Well... it's one of those that can summon Monster Houses. x_x Being a Mudkip leader doesn't really help...

Solved it by eventually teaching Mudkip Hidden Power that does Super Effective damage on grass/bug types. (I don't know but it's probably flying, psychic or fire...)

And I got only about 3 Reviver Seeds with me that time X_x

Note to yourselves folks, never accept any Golden Chamber missions without reading the description first (I have learnt my lesson ._.)

But what does psychic do against Grass/Bug? I think it deals neutral damage o_0

There was this mission to rescue a Jigglypuff. I hurt the enemy, but the Jigglypuff had the IQ Skill "Bodyguard" and took the hit instead and got defeated, costing me the rescue. Grr! The client made friends with the enemy!

In darkness, I had to escort a Vigoroth to the bottom of Lake Afar. I robbed from a Keckleon shop and escaped using a Pure Seed. I lost later on and decided to wait for rescue. By mistake, I put Continue a few days later, and lost all the evo items I'd stolen.

Oh, another kind of annoying mission are those ones that you have to prevent outlaws from escaping, hard to catch up unless you give it a Sleep Seed. ~_^

Escorting A Snover through Midnight Woods (I think that's what it's called).

For some odd reason, no matter 'what' level I am (or the amount of Reviver Seeds that I carry), I am always going to come across a certain 'Ledian' or 'Venomoth' that'll know the Move Silver Wind. And to make it more annoying, it'll ALWAYS put it's stats up?! While this doesn't annoy me when I get deeper into the dungeon, the 'next' pest I hate is that Rotom (that's stats go up when it uses Ominus Wind). Guess who client likes to waste all my Reviver Seeds before I even complete the dungeon :@

I haven't come across any 'other' annoying dungeons just yet. Well - maybe that one time when I was trying to arrest a Outlaw Wishcash in Mt. bristle. But I was only level 12 back then :D

Hit them with Water Pulse, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, that sort of thing. Being a Totodile, I always make sure to have some Pulse PP on tap.

Escort missions aren't as bad as they're made out to be, usually, but I still like to avoid them. I can't resist Lost Loot, though, so I grudgingly took Muk up to the 10th Floor of the Northern Desert.

Danmed sandstorms take more HP than natural healing gives. Sand Veil only increases the amount of time you spend on the floor, but you can't run because otherwise Muk will die from normal accuracy Ground moves. I'm amazed that I managed to use only four Reviver Seeds.

Excorting an Oddish to floor 97 in Joyous Tower in the original PMD.

It was a horrible mission, but I needed the reward item. Anyway, the Pokemon I was excorting fainted about six times. I used up so many Reviver Seeds....

And me... once explored with a Magmar through Blizzard Island just for the Golden Chamber. Well the Ice types aren't that hard, but the Water types are challenging ._.

EDIT: Got a new one:

Bringing a Geodude to World Abyss B18F for the sake of Golden Chamber. That thing knows Rock Polish, so every time we encounter a wild Pokemon it goes of Rock Polishing and is really wasting my time ._.
