I need help with my avatar.

Ok, so, how do I change my avatar, to a custom avatar. For some reason I can't figure how to. I look on the "Change Avatar" menu, but there's no selection where I can put the image code; just a bunch of Pokemon sprites and a button saying; select no avatar.

You are not allowed a custom avatar unless you are a moderator.
