K, ive been into pokemon for the longest and i still dont understand what it means when it says in ur pokemon's summary, Loves to eat, Quick to flee, Alert to sounds, Sturdy body, etc. How does that affect your pokemon? lol

these are basically for people who are into playing pokemon competitively. take some time and read it all. it can get confusing, but it takes a lot of work to get good at it.
