What is the lowest level Pokemon you have used to beat the Pokemon League.

In Pokemon Platinum a couple of weeks ago I beat it with these:

Lv50 Steelix
Rock Smash, Double-Edge, Iron Tail, Screech
Lv50 Gardevoir
Psychic, Shadow Ball, Future Sight, Magical Leaf
Lv47 Luxray
Tackle, Crunch, Thunder Fang, Spark
Lv49 Infernape
Fury Swipes, Mach Punch, Flame Wheel, Close Combat
Lv50 Giratina
Ominous Wind, Ancientpower, Dragon Claw, Shadow Force.
Lv53 Tentracruel
Waterfall, Poison Jab, Screech, Surf

I know the movesets are all terrible but they were only to get through the game ASAP, and anyway, it makes the win that much better.
