A couple of questions

Hey, I have a couple of questions and I would really appreciate if I could get some answers.

1: How do I change the picture of Prof. Oak, Bulbasaur, and Charmander to something else?

2: I've seen these things called team poses in other peoples sigs and I really want to know how to make one. Is there like a website you can go to or something or do you have to make it yourself on MS Paint?
