1x Luxray GL X (30 drawback ain't bad, and Bright Look lets you choose a KO.)

1x Nidoqueen RR (nulls Donphan's bench damage)

Just keep using Donphan's Earthquake, you should at the latest be able to T2 it. Corsola's there, so if you T1 it, attach an energy, get Phanpy, find a Donphan next turn (bebe? guidance? quickball? lux ball? pokehdex? radar?) and attach one to that, retreat, and pwn.

Here's what I would change.

- Rainbow Energy
+ Multi Energy

Since you don't have any other special energy then it's the same thing without the damage counter.

- 3 HG/SS Phanpy
+ 3 SW Phanpy

They both have Flail but the SW one has one less retreat and doesn't have x2 weakness. Having 10 less HP shouldn't matter much.

- 1 Corsola
+ 1 Anything really

Corsola isn't very good. Nearly any other tech would be better.

The only problem I find is, let's assume this is my opener:

Corsola, Luxray GL Lv.X, Fighting Energy, Pluspower, Leftovers, Volkner's, Nidoqueen.

We'll probably have one energy prized, right?

Corsola active, attach an energy to it. Get 3 pokemon (let's say Phanpy, Luxray GL and Nidoran♀. Yeah, now what's the odds we draw into an energy so Donphan Prime can attack? 7/47. That's 14.8%. Whatcha do now?

Eww... A bad competitive format deck.

'kay. Just for a matter of preference, I like 4-4 over 3-3 because I'm not an Expert Belt spammer. It doesn't matter much, though...

Luxray is fine, but the energy line sucks... XP

Uxie is fine

The first major issue is Mankey. WhyTF are you using this in a Donphan deck?

Meh... 1-0-1 Nido is fine.

Bebe's is fine.

Volkners over Claydol is terrible... Get Claydols from your league and use them.

You don't need to discard anything here; remove Felicity's

Cynthia's Guidance shouldn't be here...

You need more Roseanne's. Like 4

Meh... Buck's is fine. Use 3/4, though

instead of nidoqueen, manectric PT (http://pokebeach.com/scans/platinum/11-manectric.jpg)(nulls all dmg to bench), its the preferred card over nidoqueen RR.

1- Pokédex (910is)
1- Poké Radar
1- Tech Machine TS-2
1- Leftovers
and that poke turn for some more SSU for flexibility (sure you have to flip but it's upside is any pokemon card), also arrons would not be a bad idea, and toss some Tech Machine TS-2 as it waste's your turn to attack (use omastar md if you want to de-evolve). and lastly, for your dieing donphan nm or palmer's, and a bench shield gagagagaarl. anyways -.-", hopefully these are sound idea's.

Manectric is bad because it makes you lose tons more matchups with the healing taken away.

bench pokemon take no dmg over healing 1 dmg counter off all of your pokemon once per turn, but that really doesn't do anything donphan, sure you can heal him 1 dmg counter but that means nothing if there hitting him for 80-110 perturn even with the poke-body. you could even go blissey prime and toss in a fisherman and some more ssu since donphan only use's 1 energy.

the fact of not getting stuck with nidoqueen with no way to attack. since it's ground and electric deck you might as well consider to use the electric before adding in a third element that could screw you over mid to end game while your waiting on that rainbow energy. but with you're decklist you've lost the option to even attack with nidoqueen RR and could get screwed over completely. if people knew that you had no psychic or even rainbow energy with a nidoqueen rr in a deck like this they would use that to your disadvantage, any player would.

sometime's healing has it's disadvantage's, but taking no dmg is better then taking dmg (plus you don't have to waste a rare candy on nidoqueen and could use it on your attack line)
