first thing, there is no froslass MT, LA (http://pokebeach.com/scans/legends-awakened/3-froslass.jpg) maybe or gl (http://nd01.blog.cz/991/974/545f9c16b0_51770796_o2.jpg) rr(i'm a froslass fan myself)? since your playing modified you might want to consider some ssu's to increase the use of froslass AR's poke-power's and a glalie AR to help out froslass AR's atk. 4 bebe's is not standard, it's believed to be but isn't, i would say maybe another rosseanne's, but u dun have more t.t. either then that it looks good, go froslass.

I tried this with Corsola replacing a Bebe's, i was screwed early game with just corsola and a trapinch out VS a Gengar X deck (it used Dugtrio PL). Lost 6-4 prizes when they both died

Get trapinch from RR instead of SW cause you can get a couple of energys onto him before evolving. Flygon SW is also a good card and it could be a fun combo with your Flygon LV.X with both the Poke-Body and Poke-Power, however I understand you need to setup your Froslass.
With the new HGSS cards out you could try +2 Pokemon Collector instead of Roseanne's and get your basics onto the field faster.
Volkners is meh but if you like it keep it.
1-2 Premier Balls so you can get Flygon Lv.X on the field.

The problem with RR Trapinch is that it's donked by Gengar. That's one of the reasons that the SW is used more than the RR one.
