seriously? unlimited? come on!!!!!!!!! try to use the modified standards else its hard to rate the deck

no corsola, no bronzong sp, no jynx, no remoraid, no slowpoke or slowbro, no girafarig - these are all scrap cards

ok...so you're new to this....

please list out any other water/psychic pokemon you have so we can edit your deck that way. I'm assuming you wouldn't want to spend the bucks buying tins so i'll see what you have at hand. DONT BASE THE DECKS OFF THE STARTER DECKS because thats exactly what they are: STARTER decks.

always keep the decks modified, its just soo much better.

if you want to see what the cards have, go to pokemon.com's cardex or use serebii's cardex and find the good cards

and look at other threads to see good examples of real decks that can actually do something in competition
trust me i thought i knew better too then i went to state competitions and got PWNED!!!!!!!!

first thing to do though would be to add feralgatr prime. EASY

I just got Feraligatr Prime today in a Booster, what luck! =D

14th April 2010, 4:41 AM
Run that Feraligatr Prime with as many cards that search and draw as possible. As for now, Lapras is good (I know from the prerelease ^o^), and I forgot all the other draw things. Lapras just rings a bell. Raid your entire collection for at least 16 or so Water Energy, draw cards, and whatever else, and you'll have a nice better-than-starter deck. ^_^

great luck with the feraligatr!!! i wish i had that luck.....

what?!?!?! you mean there are NO TARGETS AROUND YOU????? Where do you live: Yellowstone? And I even saw a target there too!!!!

quagsire SP works well, its a hit and runner

im confused. Did you buy the mindflow deck? cause if you did, how come you are missing the slowpokes?

14th April 2010, 2:34 PM
There are targets just that they only sell decks and boosters, no tin but for some reason they sell tins in there for yu-gi-oh. eh, I will probably find a tin somewhere eventually.

I must of missed the slowpoke, here they are:
Slowpoke (5) HG/SS
Slowpoke (1) Ex Delta Species
Slowbro (3) HG/SS

Alrighty, here we go:

3-2-2 Feraligatr Prime and HS
1 Lapras
2-1 Exeggutor HS
1-1 Hypno HS
4-3 Slowbro HS

Stuff a lot of psychic energies so Slowbros can do 90 with three. This deck really doesnt get a lot out of Feraligatry P's rain dance but oh well

Just thought I'd tell you the cards I got in my recent booster:
Croconaw (1) HS now 3
Magikarp (1) HS now 2
Mantine (1) HS NEW
Lapras (1) now 2

16th April 2010, 1:03 AM
yah, put the mantine in and the lapras too

16th April 2010, 2:47 AM
Thanks!, Any other cards that I don't have that might help?

17th April 2010, 2:14 AM
theres a LOT that could make this better

i mean, we all could just go on a $500 dollar rant on strategy cards
so stick with what you have
unless you want to spend A LOT

18th April 2010, 8:06 AM
Well I have found a place where I can buy/trade single cards. SO it would help to know what card might make my deck better if I come across them.

18th April 2010, 9:20 PM
nice! tell me where so i can find one locally since I NEED THAT OPTION!!!!!!!

ok, when you look at a feraligatr deck, you need the strategy that works well with Feraligatr prime. THe regular Feraligatr is good with spinning tail that preps the Prime up for its hydro crunch

so the other cards you choose must somehow help the Hydro crunch in some way, preferabbly damaging the bench.
So if you can get the earliest empoleon polar frost deck, the empoleon line will greatly maximize the strength of the deck
with prinplup and empoleon's bench hit moves

and take out the execcutor. i forgot about that

I like how you think you live near him.

Basically, go to PokeGym and find decks. Then try getting the cards that appear in bascally every deck you find and get them.

19th April 2010, 5:03 AM
ahhh.... touche!!! California is just SOOOOO close to aussie

19th April 2010, 9:25 AM
and take out the execcutor. i forgot about that

Are you sure about taking out Exeggutor. Exeggutor was like my secondary attacker cause of it Energy Absorbtion and its Big Eggsplosion (flip a coin for each energy attached, this attack does 40x the amount of heads)

I will probably find the Empoleon evo line rather then buy a deck but who knows.

Thanks for the tip LXF =D
