I feel like something's missing in here D:
I'm not sure of their natures for obvious reasons.

Jaroda (Muscle Band)/Overgrow
Leaf Blade
Return
Dragon Tail
Coil

This is the best Jaroda gets for physical moves.

Kokoromori (Amulet Coin)/Unaware
Psychic/Calm mind
Air Slash
Fly
Shadow Ball

Pyschic doesn't get great coverage Calm Mind boosts your other special moves. Shadow Ball over Endeavor. It's not like kokoromori will survive many hits.
Pendoraa (Life Orb)/Poison Point
Megahorn
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Return/Swords Dance

Pendorra is the third fastest bug type, it doesn't need the quick claw. Megahorn is almost twice the power of hard roller. The amazing coverage held by rock and ground was blessed upon this pokemon, use it. Return gets good neutral coverage while Swords Dance boosts your mediocre attack to good levels.

Warubiaru(Choice Band)/Overconfidence
Earthquake
Trickery
Dragon Claw
Stone Edge

This croc gets no benefit from sandstorm. Stone Edge for the famous QuakeEdge coverage.

Denchura (Wise Glasses)/ Compundeyes
Thunder
Bug Buzz
Energy Ball
Volt Change

With compundeyes you get a super-accurate Thunder. Bug Buzz over Signal Beam in every way. Energy Ball is so a Rock Ground type can't turn up and laugh at you. Volt Change is so you can get out of trouble easily.

Shandera (Wise Glasses)/ Flame Body
Flamethrower
Calm mind
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball

Only in rare cases should two attacks of the same type should be used. Flamethrower over Purgatory as with 5 less power you get perfect accuracy and triple the PP. Calm Mind is for stat boosting. Energy Ball hits the weaknesses the fire types bear meaning only dark isn't covered.

Rate please! :D

You probably feel your missing a water type. Pendorra doesn't do much for the team so you might want to think sbout taking it out for Abagoora or Burunkeru or something like that so you do.

For some reason, Pendoraa's heavy sprite made me think it was slow.

Sorry, but I don't plan on getting rid of it ingame.
I'll probably replace it when doing competative.

Thanks for the rate. I'll keep those movesets in mind.
