Yay first post.
Anyways, I read a bunch of online tutorials.

That is supposed to be a revamp of the Silver Espeon sprite.

Pacharisu-Bagon splice

Btw how do I intergrate sprites with my posts rather than just giving links?

By saving them to your documents and using www.iaza.com to post them to the internet and WBG it. Then, copy the url thru the properties. Here, at SPPF, use the image icon within the posting box and paste the image.

Thanks a lot. :)

Pacharisu-Bagon splice

Is it me or are the sprites a bit fuzzy?(they are PNG)
Please critique.

They aren't bad, as most beginners end up with a choppy mess. The revamp isn't bad, but it is more of a recolour, as I don't believe you resized it. The other two are okay I guess, as not much was done with the Nuzflame. Actually, the Bagarichu is pretty decent. They aren't and shouldn't be fuzzy as you did appropriatley save them as PNG. For all I know, only JPEG will do this. Keep workin!

Thanks. I guess my eyesight is to blame.

Ok here is a marill-charmander splice.

And here it is again with a few differences.

The second batch is pretty cute.

The Charmairl is cute, but the ears are horribly copy+pasted. Scratch the ends of the ear so they connect to the head, and reshade them if nessesary.

Ok I tried to fix the ears.

Here are some new ones.

With the Charmarill, you didn't necessarily have to rescratch the ears, just maybe reposition them in relation to the head. I believe it's a pretty good effort for a first timer's fusion, because it's not really messy, and even with the small fault on the ears, it isn't awful. Also, there aren't any missed pixels where the ears have been fused, but there is a green pixel from Charmander's eye which needs fixing. On the tail, I would suggest thinning it out, because it looks a bit too out of proportion with the body.

The Butterfree Pupitar fusion (which reminds me strangely of Venonat) is a simple fusion, but you've done it effectively and you've recoloured all of the pixels, which is good. The eyes look slightly strange, but that's the official sprite's problem, not something of yours.

The Whismur Marill fusion is strange though. The left (our right) ear looks attached to the body and the head, not just the head, which doesn't let it flow as smoothly. The mouth also looks awkward, so maybe scratch a bit it so it looks a bit more in proportion? Also, you've missed some pixels on the bottom of the body, so you need to remember to do things completely.

The Riolu Mew fusion is quite good, as it looks more like a disguise and these are usually more difficult. The fact that you've actually scratched the colours and the designs of Riolu onto the Mew's body is very good. I cannot actually see any faults with this final sprite.

You're doing very well for a starter!

These arent bad at all. The Charmarill has definatley been improoved. The Pupitar-Venonat-Butterfree mix is a bit C+P'd but not badly, and looks pretty decent. The shading in Whismarill is a bit off, such as the ears. Remember, the light source is coming in from the top left corner. The Rioew is okay, and scratching is quite evident. I'd move the arm in front of the body to the side, as it just seems a bit hard to see and a bit out of place.

I'm still not really in a mood to actually do a couple of sprites and I am really busy. Hopefully Christmas will be different.

I haven't put much effort into this one. Just something to prove I haven't abandoned spriting completely.

It's okay. Some more shading and replacing would do the sprite well. Take a look at the arm to our right. It has no shading and is horribly displaced. Everything else seems fine.
