Something for the Battle Subway. Enjoy.

Edits in annoying.

Latios @ Choice Scarf
Timid Nature
252 HP/172 Def/84 Spe
*Levitate*
~ Trick
~ Flash
~ Memento
~ Thunder Wave

HP is maxed for the best overall potential,
the Spe EV's allow him to outspeed neutral-natured
base 102's after the Trick, and the rest were dumped in
defense.

Raikou @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
252 Spe/252 HP/6 SpA
*Pressure*
~ Substitute
~ Calm Mind
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hidden Power {Ice}

Max HP for bulk with max Spe to tie with other base 115's.
BoltBeam is for coverage and the rest is self explanatory.

Nattorei @ Iron Plate
Adamant Nature
252 HP/252 Atk/6 SpD
*Steel Thorns*
~ Curse
~ Substitute
~ Iron Head
~ Ingrain/Level Ground

Curse is for boosting his decent attack and great defense, Sub keeps
away status and Ingrain helps restore HP as well as protecting against
being switched out. Level Ground is there because I needed a way to
hit Magnezone/Heatran, as Raikou fails against 'Zone as well.

Shedinja pwns this team. Shadow Claw over level Ground/Ingrain and use leftovers.

^ In the 4th Generation, Shedinja was not an issue after the first 20 battles and I'm sure it won't be now.

Anyway, nice team at first glance. I'd just slap a 252/252/4 on Raikou tbh, it really needs all the bulk that it can get and its HP's not naturally high enough to correctly utilise a Leftovers (which should probably be Leftovers+1 if anything) recovery point. Although wow @ that Garchomp calc.

Really pressed for time atm so I'll finish this later, if no-one else does. :x

Ok, after doing the calcs, I'm not really gaining anything
with those SpA EV's so they will be moved to HP.

Why is Latios being used over the more defensive Latias? I assume you have reasons but Latias is quite a bit better at taking hits.

Nattorei has pretty terribad synergy with Raikou. I'm just gonna throw up a random Cradily set:

Cradily @ Lum Berry
Bold / Suction Cups
248 HP / 248 Def / 4 SpD / 8 Spe (At level 50, only every 8 EVs count, remember?)
- Substitute
- Curse
- Amnesia
- Rock Slide
