Is there any criteria to the Pokemon to be donated (levels, moves, nicknzmes, ect.)?

I would be willing to donate Porygon, Porygon2, Mamoswine, and Toxicroak. All legit.

Before I donate anything special, like Articuno or something, I want to make sure this isn't some sort of scam. Nothing against you or anything, but the internet is known for such trickery (the GTS was founded on it).

When do you have to have the Pokemon by?
