Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Rock Tomb, Air Slash, and Crush Claw are the only moves Wargle can learn that gets Encourage boost.

Rock Tomb is a bad idea with Encourage, as the Speed drop is the only reason why you even want to use it over Rock Slide, so negating that Speed drop effect makes it a useless attack.
Rock Smash is basically the same as Rock Tomb, the effect is the reason why you even want to use it, so again negating that makes the attack useless.
Air Slash is a Special attack, so it's useless on Wargle.
While Crush Claw, even after Encourage boost, still have lower power than Return at max happiness. So that left us with only Rock Slide.

Normal STAB, not the best of STABs but with Earthquake it gets awesomesauce coverage. Wild Bolt and Ice Fang form Boltbeam and also take out Archeos/Aerodactyl and Skarmory meaning only Magnet Rising Magnezone can resist you.

Claw Sharpen could work instead of Bulk Up as the croc doesn't have much defense. My rater instincts are telling me you should use Crunch over Trickery but my mind (and Serebii) say trickery is more powerful.

If you want Curse then go with Solid Rock and Aqua Jet, with Shell Break, Waterfall and Sturdy.

Dragon Dance raises that average speed as well as it's broken enough attack. Swords Dance on this thing is the ultimate overkill.

Well for starters, your entire team is physical, I don't know any special Jalordas, Abagoura could be mixed with Surf too but I suggest swapping Warubiaru for a fire type like Shanderra. Ghost gets similar coverage to dark and three other members have earthquake while another two have rock slide.
It'll also help your huge fighting weakness by swapping it something immune to the type.
