Flame Burst is just a weaker Flamethrower, Focus Blast gives precious coverage. Sucker Punch is priority this guy is desperate for. Will-o-Wisp spreads status and allows him to take physical hits better.

Poor Kuitaran gets an awful movepool. I agree with everything above, but imo I would just try to go with another pokemon in general. You can only first access Kuitaran in victory road i think (idk how you feel about that), and it doesn't learn a wide variety of moves.

Wargle should keep Keen Eye; on ungulateman's set, only Crush Claw gets the boost, which is weaker than Return.
