This will be my future in-game White team. I'd like to know if this would be a good and useful team to play with during the game. Any help is appreciated.

Ability-Torrent
Nature-Rash
Item-Life Orb
Attacks:
Megahorn
Surf
Ice Beam
Return/Grass Knot

Giga Impact may seem powerful buts it's extremely inefficient. Return has 102 base power at max happiness. In the two turns Giga Impact takes in causes 150 damage. Return causes 102 x 2 = 204 damage in two turns. Grass Knot however can cause a lot of damage to water types, especially Burungeru with Water Absorb as it resists all your moves. A splash plate is also bad because you can get an even bigger boost with a Life Orb.

Ability-Overconfidence
Nature-Jolly
Item-Choice Band
Attacks:
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Trickery
Fire Fang/Brick Break

Outrage isn't of too much use as you already have great coverage with QuakeEdge. Fire Fang hits grass types but if you don't want to breed, Brick Break hits ground resistant steels like Nattorei.

Ability-Magic guard
Nature-Timid
Item-Choice Specs
Attacks:
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Flash Cannon
Air Slash

It appears you don't know how important and effective +speed natures are. For instance, you have a Staraptor against flints Infernape. Clearly infernape should be faster with 108 speed compared to 100 but with a +speed nature you can outspeed it for a comfortable one-hit KO with Brave Bird. Magic Guard is a much better ability as you don't take damage from any status, or weather or anything that isn't a direct attack. You can be statused but only Sleep and Freeze have any effect.

Ability-Compoundeyes
Nature-Timid
Item-Life Orb
Attacks:
Bug Buzz
Thunder
Volt Change
Energy Ball

+Speed Natures. With a +speed natures on Denchura you can outspeed the world's most annoying cotton-ball, Erufuun.

Ability-Flame Body
Nature-Modest
Item-Leftovers
Attacks:
Bug Buzz
Buttuerfly Dance
Flamethrower/Flame Dance
Psychic

Flamethrower>Heat Wave for accuracy. Butterfly Dance raises your three best stats. It's the perfect setup move for this.

Ability-Tera Voltage
Nature-jolly
Item-Leftovers
Attacks:
Lightning Strike
Dragon Claw
Claw Sharpen
Stone Edge

Claw Sharpen makes Lightning Strike KO pretty much every non-ground type or double electric resistor and gives it perfect accuracy. Stone Edge takes care of pesky Ice types.

Note: I don't do anything with EVs so I didn't include those.

You have a rock weakness affecting half your team. Shinpora and Denchy can counter it but Ulgamoth is helpless against them. Add that it is after the elite 4 means it doesn't really fit well. I suggest changing it for a fighting type like Kojondo. Of course, teams can still survive even with weaknesses that big so you can choose to ignore me.

.....there's a couple of problems here, but I'm lazy...Waruvial wants Crunch > Trickery, and Shinpora wants the Life Orb. There's more to fix though, so maybe another rater will help.
