You can make Eevee a bit mixed (it's Attack and Special Attack doesn't differ by much anyway), and use HP Ground instead of Iron Tail. More accuracy, and also hits Steels (though yes it lose out on power)

I prefer Air Cutter instead of Confuse Ray on Mantyke, along with Calm Nature.
(the only problem is that Air Cutter requires Pt/HG/SS Move Tutor :p)
