Dunno how you got Head Smash by gym 8. Breeding maybe?
Earthquake only covers Electric and Poison and Fire alongside Fire/Fighting, none of which are a threat. Wild Charge hits water types.

Icicle Drop > Ice Punch on Tsunbear. Hone Claws could replace Charm to make up for the accuracy drop but that means Superpower must become Brick break.

T-Wave slows stuff down to your level. T-bolt is STAB. Flamethrower handles Grass types and Steel Types. Grass Knot hits Rock and ground types that wall you otherwise. Hidden Power or a physical move like Dragon Claw could go over T-wave as Hidden Power cover Dragons which wall you currently.
