Nevetthelss it's very well done

Nope, it's the exact size limit. The box outside it puts it over the limit, but that obviously isn't part of the sprite.

Then it just went up in the awesomeness level. I wish i could sprite like you >:

I'm glad the salad is back. What kind of dressings are available?

It is a great revamp. My only problem s that the box is there. I think it would look better without.

Om nom nom SALAD!

Awesome devamp. 'nuff said.

So your saying that minus the glow and box, it's the exact size limit?

Honestly, someone needs to make B/W (when it comes out) R/B style (As a hack or fake game something)

You can try the pure flying dressing

http://i52.*******.com/2vxrt74.png

Or our special, electric dressing!

Those are brilliant. Complementary or taxable though?

Again, the boxes and glows annoy me. They would look even better without.

These are all very good. But there's one thing that bugs me and that's the shading on the bottom of torneros' rope thing. It makes it look like the outline there is thicker for no reason.

Let's see Reshiram and Zekrom style. XD

Actually it does get thicker there as it's closer to the viewer. RBY had a lot of perspective.

Go away.

Just a question, but are you going to post any of the old "salad" in the new one?

Nope! Here at the Salad Bowl, we provide you with only the freshest of sprites; no old allowed!

Okay. Cool. I take it then, for now, you'll be sticking with devamps, or will other variants come in the future?

Suicune.

It seems like you've really got R/B style downpat. But one thing I noticed on Suicune is that appendage under it's face. Is it Suicune's lower jaw or it's foot? With the way it's shaded I can't tell.

It's suicune's lump, It has it in official merchandising.

Nice work. Suicune seems a bit out of place with all of those flying things.

You are amazing. AH-MAZE-ING. I cannot give this sprite any form of crit, as obviously, it needs none.

The lower jaw. Considering it's nearly pure white, it should be fairly easy to tell, I should hope.

Blissey.

It's good. Very good. But the right foot seems slightly disconnected. I'm not sure if that's the RBY choppiness, or an accident.

Oh GAWD!!!

it's just as scary as RB Chansey...

*here's hoping Tabunne's evil chin never sees the light of this style...*

THough the egg seems a little crooked.

Crystal style Karrablast.

Wow I love the karrablast! The style really matches crystal. I also really love the animation. Symplistic but nice :)
The only negative this I can say is that it looks a little bit too big... But that is just a minor thing.

And now..

Yeah, sizes varied far less back then.

BynineB, I revere you as a spriting god. Your work is brilliant. You have an amazing grasp of the RB style, yet also can distinguish it from the Crystal style, which you also know back to front.

My only beef with any of your work is that I think the Karrablast needs another middle frame, one with the horn more vertical; if you look at many of the Crystal animations (the ones that come to mind are Donphan and Meganium), they're alot smoother that the Emerald/DP animations, which only have two frames. You've got the blinking down, and the mouth, both of which I love, but the body positions just seems to snap from one to the other.

Maybe it's jsut because I played Crystal so much.

Also Wee'Gnketh is phenomenal. I love the shading style, it emphasizes that it's something far different from its innocent-looking origins.

The mere idea that anyone has such reverence for me and my work fills me with joy. You have no idea how much this means. Thank you, Alder.

Hmm.. I kinda agree with you, but.. a lot of the Crystal animated sprites (especially those for smaller, younger Pokemon, like Karrablast), are far more simple. For example:

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/gbc204.gif Pineco
http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/gbc179.gif Mareep
http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/gbc203.gif Heck, even Girafarig only has two frames.

Thank you for your input, though!

Hoho, thanks.
