Dark Pulse should get more power as Barry hhas fairly equal offences. Air Slash doesn't hurt his bulk like Brave Bird but it could be used if your desperate for power. Steel Wing hits Ice while U-turn gest you out of trouble.

What kind of self-respecting Water-Type DOESN'T know Ice-Type moves? I'll tell you. Original ones. It's good coverage, but iCAN'T even Fruit-kill (with tropius) anymore cuz i'll get frozen! If not, OHKO time! Can never use roost either. Either I strike first and it does nothing, or there's no chance to use it! GRAAAAAAHH!!! (My Kingdra's got Ice Beam too, but it's half Dragon, so it makes more sense.)
