right... um, next time could you please put the set beside the cards so it make's it easier for us, if you want aplace that has every set here's a link (http://pokebeach.com/) , if you check in the card scan section on the left side you'll see every card and from what set.
You have way to many energy for this deck to work any, and i mean eny deck should have no more then 17 energy in it, the rest should be trainer's, supporter's and stadium's. suggestion's add cards like collector's, communiocator's, bebe's etc so it helps push out what you when you need it, next adding in some synergy cards like copycat or judge help the flow of you're deck and you could even shove in some uxie LA to help from draw power.
If you do need anything for you're deck, as in cards I don't mind trading over the internet as long as I know that we're both getting the cards that we need, so I can help you build a strong deck.
To be honest if I was to rate it, i'd rate it a 1 out of 5 for the amount of energy you have, the lack of T/S/S you have to add draw, support, and synergy, and you're pokemon as well because you don't seem to have a very straight forward startegy, if I was to run this deck list i'd do something like this....
2-2-1 Leafeon X (Leafeons are RR only, eevees are 2 RR, though if you where to add skuntank g and recovery energy this startegy would be deadly with leafeon UD)
2-2 Land/Skymin PL
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1-1 Umbreon MD (Eevee as well)
1-1 Espeon MD (Eevee as well)
1 Flareon RR
1 Vaporeon RR
1 Jolteon RR
4 Bebe's Search
2 Pokedex Handy910is
1 Broken Time-Space
2 Dawn Stadium
1 Energy Exchanger
1 Pokemon Collector
2 Pokemon Communication
1 Burned Tower
1 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Warp Point
3 Super Scoop Up
1 Luxury Ball
2 Expert belt
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Premier Ball
3-2-3 Venusaur SV
3-3 Yanmega Prime
2-2-2 Vileplume UD
2-2 Shaymin Level X UL (Used for +40 HP, and the UL to move around energies)
Uxie LA x2
Azelf LA x1
Total Pokemon: 27
Rare Candy x 2
Broken Time Space x 2
Bebe's Search x4
Expert Belt x2
Interviewer's Questions x 1
Judge x 4
Total Trainers: 23
Grass Energy x6
Double Colorless Energy x4
Total Energy: 10
Also another thing to keep in mind feraligator prime doesn't do so hot if it's not in a pure water type deck, and cherium sf give's you an addition 10 or reduce 10.

Thanks for the advice ven. Just a couple of questions.
First, your first deck suggestion, dont get me wrong, i'm sure its a great deck, but its not really what i was aiming for in this deck.
Second, i have tried to make a deck before with 17 energy and i ran out half way through the game.
Third, (at this stage im prob soundid like an a-hole) u said there was no strategy behind this deck. Although this true for many aspects of it, it does have some strategy. Use carnivine, tentacruel etc. to put special conditions onn the opponent and then pull out venesaur or leafeon.
Fourth, you seemed to be alot less critical of my last deck, which is kind of strange seeing how this deck is BEATING my other one.
P.S. If you can read this without smashing your computer screen, you have great tolerence

Whats the point in being mad over a game. If people don't want to take my advice from a person who regularly make's it to world's, i'm fine with that.
If you find that you're running out of energy, try some energy system cards like energy returner, fisherman and bronzong SF.
As for the deck idea's I was using them as a valid reason behind the structer of you're deck. I was showing you valid engine's that abuse certain pokemon and taking them to they're potential (and I kinda stole them in general, so I know they're not that great).
But there's one thing I don't get, how is 2 cards going to be used as setup? usually you'd want at least have 3-4 so you'd be able to draw into that card fairly easy from the start, instead of lowering you're chance's to 2 in 60, not to mention but by the large pile of pokemon you have you're more likely to draw a bulbasaur or a totodile instead and get screwed over for the rest of the game.

Thanks for the advice ven. But I need your advice again.
I was having a game with a friend but we had to finish early. I asked my friends who did they think would have won. And, even though I was winning, no one believed I had any chance of winning.
So I need your advice on how to make a really good deck. Presently I am negotiating a trade for GroudonKyogre Legend so the deck will be fighting-water type. Any ideas?

But yeah, 22 or less energy is best.
Also try and focus on just 1or 2 pokemon evo lines.
