Recolours are simple. You did yours well, but I cannot tell what the Mew's colourings are from. Articuno?

There is still some brown outlines on Moltres, and some pink on Mew. Recolours are simple and fast enough that if you're going to do them, don't cheap out. Do 'em right, don't stop halfway.

Thanks for your responses.

@Pokemazter

Yes, Mew's recolours are articunos. I'm having a hard time recolouring the legendary dogs. The sprites look messy, they are taking a while.

@Fourthbeat

I'll see if I can fix those, I was a little unsure about Moltres, but Mew?

Not bad. It needs to be resized though. you have a White pixel displaying extra width. The eyes need work, but it's good.

@Pokemazter

Thanks for your comment.

The width is the extra space for adding the rest of the sprites, I don't like uploading them individually, it's too tedious. You think it's good? Thanks, the eyes are a little wierd because I based them on cacturne's eyes. (Either that or I messed something up!)

I scratched a sprite, first one I need some tips:

My first tip would be the shading. I'm no scratch-expert, but what I can tell is that your lighting comes from the top instead of the top-left, which is the standard.

Ohh, i was wondering why it looks so two dimensional! Thanks for the tip Lucario9

Your welcome! Also remember that the body will be darker on the bottom right area of the beak as no light can get their.

Also, it seems to plain. It needs something to define it. The legs need work too.

@ Pokemazter

I agree, it is a little plain. I did make an evolution of it but it got deleted. The legs are wonky, outlines are a big issue for me, along with shading. Wait, aren't both of those things the only concept in spriting? :0

I was experimenting with some glows, which one do you like best?:

With the colours chosen, your glow is harder to see. By the way, glows don't have to be white. Any coulour preffered.

@Pokemazter

I see what you mean, the red and blue was supposed to correspond with the gloves but it turned out, as you say, hard to see.

It's the Sazandorkarp I entered into the fishy WSC:

And these which I entered into the pattern wsc. (What was I thinking with Mew??? It has no pattern at all...

For Mew, feel free to scratch the detail of the recoloured Pokemon onto it. Sure it'd be more of a fusion, but if you're looking for more detail, that's the best you've got. If I were you, I'd make the yellow on Salamence thicker. It's a bit hard to see because of the green. I can't tell what you did with the Scizor, but I like it.

@Pokemazter

Well, honestly the only concept behind mew is that it is green :3. I agree with having thicker stripes on Salamence, the connection to Rayquaza would be more clear. For scizor I recoloured parts of it with Steelix's colours. then I made his claws into angry faces.

Thanks for commenting.

Made a nine sprite fusion:

http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/8666/iaza12436594817900.gif (http://img220.imageshack.us/i/iaza12436594817900.gif/)

Which colour scheme is the best? (I like the red and gold.)

Comments are ever so welcome. (It's been great so far, I've gotten heaps of handy advice.)

(I'm still lolling about how the spam bot gave me a 5 star rating.)

(Gotta stop putting things in brackets.)

....Seedot..... Umm... Ok, I can't tell what you used. I thought it was a fakemon for a sec. Which is good.
I like the red gold color scheme to. The Pokemon seems like a lively one, so red and yellow tell us that. (You should have tried a blue/gold color scheme, for the fun)
On closer inspection, the teeth don't really suit the heads angle. It seems like one tooth is connected, and the other tooth is just hanging. Overall that makes a weird appearence.
When you recolored the tail gold, you left a green line zigzagging across. Was that intentional? If not I suggest you fix that.
His main body looks awkward. The torso area is wide, then looks thing before shooting out again. It looks like someone has squeezed into an invisble corset. Not natural.

But overall this splice looks good. Keep making 'em!

To add to the above post, the arm to our right looks barely attached.

@Aslynn

Thanks for your comments. You must have really sharp eyes to spot the green line. I completely missed it! It is supposed to look awkward. I was kind of trying to make an awkward dork Pokemon.

@Pokemazter

It does??? Damnit...

I used: Seedot, Bibarel, Meowth, Porygon2, Blastoise, Azumarill, Slowking and Zigzagoon. ( I used The Dragonfly Cave's random sprite generator.)

His body is Slowking's "crown" inverted...
