If migrated from fourth generation, Houndoom can learn Dark Pulse.

Speaking of Houndoom, though, I'm gonna say that you should use Substitute. Imo it works far better in-game than in any other environment because the stupid AI will try to hit it with non-attacking moves. If you do use Substitute, Leftovers > Wise Glasses. Not like you need them when you have Nasty Plot anyway. Even if you don't use Substitute, I'd say Modest Nature. There's no real point in going for a mixed nature when Nitro Charge is only there for Speed Boosting.


If possible, I'd say to get Wish on Blissey. Iirc in the 5th Gen it restores 50% of the caster's HP rather than the recipients, so it can more or less fully restore anything in one shot. I don't know exactly where this was said, though, but it's still a good choice imo. That said, outside of Snorlax, the team's far from bulky so you might not even bother.


Although Toxicroak resists, Fighting will give you a hard time. You have no way of hitting it for Super Effective damage and three of your members take 2x from it. You might want to change some Pokémon around to sort this out a little.

Dusknoir is a big black Cyclops and, while it doesn't explode, it can fill Electrode's slot fairly well. It also helps that it's immune to Fighting.
