I have a few suggestions but this is from an attack-crazy maniac so be wary :) Amonguss functions mainly as a defender so spore on it would be a great idea...also since your team is on the slow side, reuniclus with trick room would be very good...for example, I have a white team where I lead with reuniclus set up trick room and then send out my druddigon with dragon tail...being a move with the lowest priority, dragon tail will have the highest during trick room so it works pretty well for me...as for crustle, if you don't like my trick room idea, shell break is a much better attack than rock polish...let it have the sturdy ability so you won't need a sash and have it hold salac berry if possible...after it uses shell break, it will be pretty fast, after it is hit and its HP significantly decreases but never goes away completely thanks to sturdy, it will be even faster with +3 attack at that!...this is assuming a lead however. Also, priority moves will be a problem...that's why I chose to do the same set only on a carracosta so when I get to the point of +6 speed, my aqua jet will out speed and OHKO any nonresistant pokemon...If you want to stay defensive, then the set is fine...as for your others, I don't have much of a clue...however, I'm also working on a golurk, mine also has iron fist with all the same attacks except for rock slide where I have jeavy bomber instead...

Don't use overheat it drops your sp atk so much it makes the pokemon useless.

sadly i didn't really feel like reading your reply (cuz it's soooo long) but I did and thank you.
I did want to put spore on the mushroom but I wanted to sorta toxic stall so I went with toxic + venoshock. I know I'm walled against most steels but wtv I'll just switch out.
Trick room team is an interesting idea but I don't wanna do that so I'll just leave it like this. I never really realized that I have all slow pokemon :/

For Golurk Hammer Arm > Dynamic Punch it will still recieve the Iron Fist boost and it wont miss as much as Dynamic Punch

As for Siesmetoad it should really have a water type move waterfall > rest, besides you team could use a water type move

I confused by Emboar. It using Low Sweep to lower their speed wont matter much since a quick Overheat would either KO or take a huge chunk out of the opponent. Use Brick Break over Low Sweep and you could switch Overheat to Flamethrower too.
Assurance sucks without entry hazards. No pokemon can learn entry hazards here I think. Blargh, just redo the whole thing.

Flamethrower is your standard reliable STAB. Flare Blitz if you completely disregard the survivability of Emboar for pure power. Brick Break is the safe option but when you're so slow already and thinking of Trick Room, Hammer Arm is pretty good here.
Wild Charge covers Water and Flying, yay. Scald covres them pesky Ground types, a gets a Burn chance. Bonus.

Also No Guard > Iron Fist/Hammer Arm > Dynamic Punch on the golem. And I think you should be the one lurking here.

^Emboar is pretty darn slow, and everyone's rediculously powerful now. Base 65
defenses doesn't help.

-Bulk Up
-Flare Blitz / Scald / Wild Charge
-Brick Break

Triple boosting, and dual STAB. The third slot is really for coverage/preference.
Bulk Up makes up for power, but Flare Blitz has amazing initial power; and
Scald is great for mixed sweeping/crippling/coverage. Wild Charge gets bulky
waters.

I don't really think you have much room to say that, really. You may be a decent rater, but you haven't been around all that long, and considering the fact that he didn't actually say anything to imply somebody needing to lurk, it's un-called for. Not only that, but I'm pretty sure you should also know that Tangrowth mainly rates 4IGRMT, iirc, so the fact that his sets may not be that great could be because he's new to the 5th Gen, like I am and so many others.

Golurk could run with No Guard, which is basically the same but with DynamicPunch and Stone Edge. Oh, and it's better. Really just a nit-pick though, as No Guard is Dream World and therefore a little difficult to come by.
