Chandelure doesn't need Energy Ball unless your afraid of Seismitoad & co. Calm
Mind works well with Pain Split so.

I've waited for NP Lucario for so long ;D

Pain Split is interesting, but... no. Replace it with something -- maybe Confuse Ray?

Yeah, this should be fine.


Lucario

Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Modest
Moves: Nasty Plot
Water Pulse

Either ability should be fine on Lucario. The other moves are all good choices.

Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Dragon Dance
Thunder punch
Aqua Tail

This should be fine. I'd definitely recommend giving it a hold item to get rid of confusion from Outrage, but maybe I just have really bad luck. Dragon Claw is a good alternative, too.


Milotic

Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Calm
Moves: Recover
Dragon Pulse
Ice Beam
Surf

I don't use Recover that often in-game, so it can probably be replaced. Maybe Double Team. I'm also partial to the idea of running Bulldoze to use against Electric or any enemy that you know is faster than Milotic.

Sucker Punch

This looks decent, but I really don't like Sucker Punch being this fella's only Dark STAB. Maybe substitute it for Crunch? If you do, then I might suggest Jolly instead of Adamant, because Sucker Punch's priority boost is good, but it's a little bit unpredictable for my tastes.

nope, Water Pulse is not a good choice on Lucario, Double Team is more unpredictable than Sucker Punch, and Bulldoze on Milotic is not a good idea.

I don't think it needs defense boost from Bulk Up....Rock + Ground has a wide coverage, and RS/SE's accuracy is improved by Hone Claws.

As for Lucario, I chose water pulse due it helping to cover any fire or ground threats, base power of 60 isn't exactly ideal, but after a nasty plot or two it can still OHKO most fire types. If i were to replace it with something else, what would be best? Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Ghost Ball, Flash Cannon?

That would depend on what you need coverage for. Flash Cannon is actually a decent idea for its STAB, but it probably doesn't have the kind of type coverage you want.

peacemaker has posted the Lucario set in his post above there....

Shadow Ball + Aura Sphere (ghost + fight) already has a wide coverage, NP to boost up its SAtk, Vacuum Wave is the priority move.

SE non-STAB Water Pulse still does less damage than neutral STAB Aura Sphere, by the way.
