Seems fine.

Heracross @ Salac Berry
Guts

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Toxic

heracross is my physical sweeper. toxic is just a nasty little surprise

It looks alright, but I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish with Toxic.

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

Ice Beam works much better in tandem with Surf.

That'll work.

Tentacruel @ Shell Bell

Why Shell Bell?

I prefer Lava Plume for the Burn chance.

heatran all out special attacker, explosion if in trouble

It seems alright; somewhat Electivire weak.

I don't think you're going to be stalling much with Toxic, so I like Sleep Talk in the last slot to counter Breloom.

put leftovers on tentacruel

on heracross replace toxic with earthquake maybe try putting choice scarf

stone edge is far more better than rock slide.

stone edge has a high critical ratio 100 base power with 80% percent acc.
rock has 75 base power with 90 acc. thats all the benefits. not useful use you got a super effective hit.

thats all

this should almost be spam as ive stated before i cant double up on items and ive already replaced toxic on heracross

i like accuracy over power and rock slide can cause a flinch

thats all

this is a pretty good team I only have a couple of suggestions. Heracross's def's are to low to be running salac berry in hopes of it survivng a hit for salac berry to activate. The sleep talk set was made for ubers and it origanaly was made to go with choice scarf so ide go with that. Also I dont understand the need for shell bell on tentacruel as its made for a multi attacker pokemon IE; cloyster spike cannon ect.. so it would be more useful to use leftovers on tentacruel as well. Other then that its a great team.

Actually, shell bell doesn't do any better on multi attackers than on regular ones. Even if they hit multiple times, they are still healing 1/8th of the DAMAGE DONE. Not 1/8th of your health. Thus, the total damage done for say a cloyster's iceickle spear (which amounts to 100 i think) is just as much as the healing you would get from an earthquake. However, shell bell is just a bad item in general due to it meriting much less healing on average. Thus, black sludge is a great choiced. As well, salac cross would work if you gave it substitute, reversal, megahorn, stone edge, and swarm instead of guts, and odd hp. The odd hp lets you make 4 subs and have 1 hp left (keep making subs on the same turn you expect your opponent to break it. Once at 1 hp, swarm activates, and reversal reaches 200 base power, as well as salac activating.

actualy according to smogon leftovers only heals 6% of your health while shell bell recovers 7-15% of your health and does this multiple time with a move such as iceickle spear like you suggeted. Now for a multi attacker with dream world ability skill link like cloyster I would suggest shell bell as it would recover way more hp then leftovers. But for a tank, spunge, or wall that doesnt multi attack with that ability then yes I would suggest leftovers as its an obvious choice. Also yes I am familiar with the sub set of heracross he was just using the ubers set so I was suggesting a better chioce of items to help with the set. I still think that hera is to weak in def's and his speed is lackluster to try to run the reversal set though.

I'd get rid of Tentacruel only because Starmie is better, maybe replace it with something that your ream is weak against. Maybe a Pikachu or a grass type, Victrebell would be a good choice.
