You normally want to add descriptions of what each pokemon will bring to your team, why you picked them, etc. EVs and held items are a requirement before posting a team. I would recommend reading the stickies before trying to post a team.
Not trying to be a dick, just trying to help you get up a RMT that people will actually read.

P.S: Pictures are nice to have as well, I would also recommend reading through a few other RMTs to get an idea for the setup before posting your own.
