My metal/water tourney legal deck

Hi guys! I'm looking for feedback on my deck I just recently built. Excuse my ignorance (if I have any) for the game because I just started playing (first time in years) again.

So, here's what I'm looking for... I kind of want to get rid of my Pineco/Forretress chain... It has proven to be pretty useless... I have access to several cards and can always just go to the local card store and buy more... I also want my trainer cards critiqued because I just kind of threw those in there... Anyway, I look forward to everyone's feedback! Open minded about everything, nothing set in stone. Just wanna win next weekends tourney. Also building a fighting deck that seems to be pulling along quite well. I'll test it before I post anything about it.

Oh, and I was thinking about going out and getting a Bronzong/bronzor chain and getting the Dialgia/Palkia legend, or a prime and regular steelix from Unleashed... Maybe I should also replace some of my special energies with basic metal energies?

The dailga promo is outdated, how many of each T/S/S are you using? Is anyone at you're league willing to trade you a scizor prime? lose the metagross for samurott ability (solid 1 hit fire/fighting counter) or get another metagross, 1 isn't enough. If you we're to do something with scizor prime and steelix prime is really solid by the sounds of it, and never play less then 4 special metal in you're deck, you're going to need it. Also you're strategy does not benefit from burnt tower if you're running flower shop lady and no rescue energy with over 20 energy. Also as a suggestion, keep 4 water and 12 metal and special metal, the more energy you draw the less T/S/S you draw. This is to avoid the dreaded hand of 1 pokemon and 6 energy >>, at the beginning of the game.

edit: Wait you wanna run this for br's? kk, whats you're T/S/S line setup, how many per card?

Okay, so I don't really have a t/s/s line setup. What do you think I should do?

So, you're saying I should have 12 basic metal energies, 4 special, and 4 water? I've always had a problem getting ENOUGH metal energies out, but I guess that's because they were special and I can't use energy retrieval and stuff... but at the same time my strategy was to prevent as much damage as possible. My deck is pretty much immune to psychic and dark pokemon...

Can you suggest a t/s/s setup I should get?

Also, having 1 steelix prime and one regular is good enough? I'll try to find another Scizor prime to replace it.

Also, would trading for Tornadus be a good idea? My friend has one.

Having 2 of each evo stage of a pokemon is a must nowaday's considering increasing the playability of those cards more is needed, my apologies.

8 basic metal, 4 special metal, and 4 water, if you need more energy out I suggest electrode prime, interviewers questions, energy search, and energy exchanger. If you're concerned about lowering losing special metal use shaymin from undaunted to move any energy you need before the tko.

T/S/S this is a basic fast tss line (if you run trainer lock switch out as many card's for a supporter equal)
3-4 pokemon communication's
1-2 juniper (some people ram 4, but do you wanna mill yourself before you're opponent might try that?)
3-4 professor oaks new theory
1-3 dual ball
1-2 collector
1 Flower Shop Lady
2-4 energy exchanger
2-4 IQ
1-2 twins


Odd idea, if you're concerned about hp, you can consider 1 of 3 things,

1. My odd idea of running 2-1-2 or 1-1-1 vileplume UD (trainer lock), 2-1-2 runiculus (dmg counter mover), 2-2 steelix prime (anti status condition), 2-2 scizor prime (anti-special energy), not only does this deck solidly locks you're opponent from using trainer's, status conditions and special energy's, then all you need is runiculus, run either reshiram or zekrom and you have a 1hko against megnazone, or move all that damage onto a spare steelix or zekrom/reshiram and just max potion or seeker for the auto heal. (runiculus is optional from this build)
2. shaymin UD, surperior b/w (pokemon)
3. life herb, moo moo milk, max potion (T/S/S)

edit: no it's cool bro, learning the meta isn't an easy thing.

Oh wow... Well, off to the local shop to buy all my cards =S I won't be able to get 2 steelix primes and 2 scizor primes (they're expensive), but I'll have 1 of each. I'll try to get my trainers... hopefully they won't be too expensive.

If you don't have the money, try trading at leagues, online, etc (it's alot cheaper). I do have spare 4 communications, 4 spare IQ, 1 energy exchanger, and 1 juniper for trade, I won't ask for alot on you're end.

Haha, funny how you ask for that... I actually have one, but unfortunately I'm going to have to turn you down... My friend is buying a box of HGSS Unleashed cards and he agreed to trade me a steelix prime (if he gets one) for my Zekrom and Lithograph #4...

and your odd idea for that chain isn't so bad... You could even try to get metagross out (psychic one) and attach a psychic energy to everyone for easy switchouts.

Thats a really bad trade, zekrom is a tier 1 card, it's worth 2 steelix prime easily (which is why I was offering a minimum of 10 trainer's and supporter's), I know you can go out and buy a tin for a zekrom but lets be real, that 10-20 dollar zekrom is rated at 8-16 dollars versus an 8 dollar steelix prime, just saying.
