Harsh, dude apparently I am, I can't tell but I try to apologize for my actions, but I do say them for valid reason. So let's over haul you're deck.

pokemon
2-2-1 tyranitar prime
2-1 donphan prime (just stick to the prime)
2-2 weavile UD
2-2 or 1-1 zoroark B/W
1/2 zekrom or reshiram
1 cleffa hgss
1 tyrogue hgss

energy = 22 (to many energy)
fgt energy x12 (7)
drk energy x9 (5)
rainbow energy x1 (2)
2 Double Colourless Energy

trainers = 14 (14 is not enough)
pokemon catcher x1
pokeball x2
switch x2
interviewers question x2
pokemon collector x2
moomoo milk x2
goodrod x2
enginneers adjustments x1

and... my edit for this deck
4 pokemon communication's
2/3 dual ball
2 professor elms training
2/3 catcher
3 IQ
1 burnt tower or fisherman
1 energy exchanger
4 professor oaks new theory, copycat, juniper, judge or in combination.

Thats my opinion on how I would run it, if this was you're first time it's not that bad, it just needs to be cleaned up, getting rid of cards that aren't going to help you for cards that are, then again this is just an uncounted skeleton.

Then whats the point of making advice to help out with one's deck? The point of this is to make a passionate expression towards the state of the deck to increase it's ever lasting power.
