Before I show you the deck I jast want to emphasize that THIS DECK ISN'T MINE but I just wanna know what will you change about it, because I would like to play a similar deck.

This deck is based around Leafeon and Roserade lines.

Basic Strategy: Prepare Leafeon and Roserade, using Uxie and Smeargle to ‘Set Up’. (No pun intended) Level Up Leafeon and use ‘Energy Forcing’ to attach a Psychic Energy and a Grass Energy to Roserade each turn for Energy Signal. Blaziken can also burn with its Poke-Power. Use Miasma Wind for 100 - 150 damage for 1 energy. Seeker up Roserade every 1-3 turns to recollect energies and heal any sniping. Blissey heals too as this is a low energy deck and Leafeon is rather fragile. (The words of the original deck builder, NOT MINE)

Um leafeon rr's and roserade uL are a messed up combo.

And why is that?
Roserade's Energy Signal can boost the Misama Wind attack of Leafeon

Many reason's, to spam setup the various pokemon lines you have on you're bench, spam energy to roserade to make it a beast of power, heal everything you put energy onto, versus, you need to draw 1 specific type of energy for a turn 2 attack, if it's turn 2 I would rather piss em off, instead of powering up a dragon to die next turn.
