Absulotely plows through almost everyting with amazing coverage. Regret not getting timid though, a bit slow without scarf

Kyogre@ lefties
Timid
252 Sp A/252 Speed
Surf
Thunder
Ice beam
Water spout

Aaah, what a pokemon! Fast and hits sooo hard with water spout/surf, thunder and ice beam provide SE coverage against those that resist, and not being choiced stuns a few people hehe

Rayquaza@life orb
Adamant
252 Attack/252 speed
Dragon claw
Earthquake
Extremespeed
Overheat

Dont like being locked into outrage, overheat cuz sp attack drop doesnt matter,DClaw is reliable Stab, extremespeed to make up for lack of speed.Wish receiver

Groudon@ expert belt/choice scarf
Adamant
252 speed/252 attack
Earthquake
Dragon claw
Fire punch
Stone edge

Groudon and kyogre on same team seems stupid... But gives me versatility, and i like groudon :D Dclaw surprises a lot of dragons,Duh EdgeQuake, and fire punch for "STAB"

More descriptions and maybe a little better metagame understand would be nice. I guess I can rewrite this into an acceptable format and rate it as I see fit for you. I guess....

Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash
Nature: Timid
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Moves:
-Stealth Rocks
-Shadow Ball
-Taunt
-Extremespeed / Spikes / Grass Knot

This is standard lead deoxys. Outclasses aero in every way imaginable and always gets up atleast SR. Can even manage spikes and stops any other lead from setting up hazards with the fastest taunt in the game.

You need a physical sweeper so I changed your rayquaza a bit.

Rayquaza @ Life Orb / Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 Attk / 252 Spe / 4 SpA
Moves:
-Outrage! (This is kinda needed for the extra power, sorry)
-Dragon Dance (Boosting move. Very Very useful)
-Extremespeed (Even if you have a boosting move, priority lets you kill weakened scarfers)
-Overheat / Earthquake (Coverage move, your choice)

This Rayquaza sets up a dragon dance, or two if he didn't get his sash broken doing the first one, Then sweeps.

Now Giratina doesnt need much altering. Just leftovers and rest sleep talk instead of what you ran

Giratina @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / SpD
Moves:
-Rest
-Sleeptalk
-Will o Wisp / Roar
-Dragon Claw

Standard rest talking giratina wall. Takes hits all day from physical attackers and burns them / phazes them.

You need a propper revenge killer too

Palkia @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid / Hasty
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Moves:
-Spacial Rend / Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Fire Blast / Outrage / Focus Punch
-Thunder

Typical revenge killer. base 100 speed timid with scarf outspeeds most if not all sweepers (Rock polish groudon being an acception) Also takes water spouts from kyogre really well.

Kyogre @ Leftovers / Choice Specs
Nature: Modest
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SpA / 48 Spe / 208 HP
Moves:
-Thunder
-Water Spout / Hydro Pump / Surf
-Ice Beam
-Surf / Thunder Wave

Enough speed to outspeed some investment Ho-oh / Groudon / Other stuff. Choice specs give immense power. Lefties provide some small recovery. Water Spout powerful STAB thunder ice beam coverage and surf for when youre below 83% hp and need a strong STAB water move.

Groudon (Changed this to something else)

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Nature: Careful
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpD
Moves:
-Iron Head
-Wish
-Thunder Wave / Body Slam
-Protect / Uturn

Standard wall Jirachi. You had 3 dragon weaknesses and no resistance which is BAD. This guy can use wish to heal most of your team up and himself. Thunder wave paralyzes the opponent and lets you paraflinch them. It also lets specs kyogre clean up later in the game when big special walls or gone and other things are crippled.

All in all I do not really know what to say about this team because you gave no back story or explanation as to how it was functioned. I changed it to how I would use it without removing too many pokemon. I also pretty much changed something on every set. ^_^
