Dunno Seaking, but throw a choice band or choice scarf on.

Ampharos @Wise Glasses
Static
Timid
255 Special Atk/255 Speed
-Thunderbolt
-Thunder Wave
-Focus Blast
-Signal Beam

Ampharos is actually quite limited in its movepool, but the standard set is generally recognized as the most viable in-game set.
Thunderbolt is the most reliable STAB you can have; Discharge is weaker and its paralysis chance is not worth the power drop. Thunder is too inaccurate.
Power Gem is weaker than Thunderbolt unless it's x4 SE, which is far too situational. Use Focus Blast for coverage.

Volcarona @Leftovers
Flame Body
Modest/Bold
56Hp | 252Sp.A | 202Spe
-Fiery Dance
-Quiver Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Morning Sun / Hurricane / Will-o-Wisp

56Hp EVs will bring you to 325 at level 100, meaning that you'll be recovering 1/15 per turn instead of the regular 1/16. Not a big deal, but every bit counts.
Fiery Dance can help you get powerful quickly in conjunction with Quiver Dance. The last slot is filler since Volcarona doesn't have much coverage outside of Hidden Powers.

idk Butterfree.

Arcanine @Life Orb
Intimidate
Naughty / Jolly
252Atk | 6Sp.A | 252Spe
-Overheat / Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Wild Charge

Arcanine lacks the raw power to really invest too much into mixed sweeping, so just go with the minimal. That way you can convert it to a purely physical Arcanine later if you want.
CC is more accurate - and more powerful - than iron tail, so scrap it.

Archeops @ None
Defeatist
Adamant
252 Atk/252 Speed
-Acrobatics
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Crunch

EQ hits rock types who can easily cripple Archy. Otherwise, it's fine for in-game.
On a side note, use Special attacks if you invest so much in sp. a ¬¬

Good luck.

Honestly? I'd get rid of seaking. Unless its a pokemon you have a soft spot for it i really don't see why you choose it over any other water pokemon ever.

Butterfree is one of my old favorites from red/blue but lacks any real oompff!

Volcarona is a beast.

I love arcanine and its great seeing people use him.

Ampharos is Ok. I always use jolteon as an electric though.

I love archeops duspite his ability and always used to have him in game. But as long as he's not hit first he will do massive damage!

You lack a fighting STAB which you need a lot in the game
I don't think you need butterfree, since you have volcarona

you can use a lucario, gallade, meinshao, those are all great
