Looks good. However, seeing as this is an ingame team, maybe replace Roost with something to give more coverge, like Fire Blast/Flamthrower to ht the steels that aren't hit super effectively but EQ. Bronzong and Metagross, I'm looking at you.

Cross Chop has low PP/Accuracy. Use Close Combat or Brick Break.

Dodrio@Life Orb
Adamant Nature
~Return
~Brave Bird
~Work Up
~Faint Attack
Work up? And Faint Attack? Well, Dodrio isn't the greatest...

Venusaur@Leftovers
Adamant nature
~Seed Bomb
~Earthquake
~Leech Seed
~Swords Dance
People generally use a Special set, but this seems OK. Maybe go with Return over Leech seed, to hit Flying types.
Simisear@Muscle Band
~Hone Claws
~Shadow Claw
~Brick Break
~Flamethrower
No Fire moves? No, go with flamethrower. Or Fire Punch if you can breed.

Dodrio Can run Work up+Faint attack in-game...
Also, is Feint Attack that never Miss or Is Faint Attack? O.o

I found Physical Simisear to be better than Special one. Also, do you guys think that
Braviary/Staraptor>>Dodrio? I just wondering if Staraptor or Braviary is better than Dodrio ^^

I just wondering if Staraptor or Braviary is better than Dodrio ^^
Dodrio is inferior to Staraptor and Braviary. Those birds have fighting-type moves, Close Combat and Superpower, that counter steel and rock types effectively. Dodrio was only good before Gen IV, before the physical split. I recommend Braviary, since it is more defensive and has the highest attack stat. But, you can use Dodrio if you want. Everything else is alright.

1.Flygon@Muscle Band
Ability:Levitate
Nature:Jolly
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Hone Claws Stone Edge/Rock Slide
-Roost U-Turn
Even though Hone Claws boosts Flygon's Attack and Accuracy. Flygon's Attack is already descent and Flygon's moves already have good accuracy. So Hone
Claws isn't really needed. Go with Stone Edge/Rock Slide simply for more overrall coverage In-Game. Roost is another move not really needed when you
can easily stock up on Potions, so U-Turn for scouting. Also covers one of the major types in Black/White, Psychic types.

2.Sharpedo@Muscle Band
Ability:Rough Skin
Nature:Adamant
-Waterfall
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Return
Nice set, looks good.

3.Hariyama@Leftovers
Ability:Thick Fat
Nature:Adamant
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
-Bulk Up
-Cross Chop Close Combat
Cross Chop has less accuracy than Close Combat. Also Close Combat having better base power of 120.

4.Dodrio@Muscle Band
Ability:Early Bird
Nature:Adamant
-Return
-Brave Bird
-Work Up
-Faint Attack
Looks good.

5.Venusaur@Leftovers
Ability:Overgrown
Nature:Brave
-Seed Bomb
-Earthquake
-Leech Seed
-Swords Dance Curse
Curse makes him stronger and bulkier. Boosts his Attack and Defense.

6.Simisear@Muscle Band
Ability:Blaze
Nature:Jolly
-Hone Claws Rock Slide
-Shadow Claw
-Brick Break
-Fire Punch
Even though Hone Claws boosts his attack and accuracy. Rock Slide provides more In-Game coverage with this set.
Hope I helped.

Ahem.

This team is fairly good, and the only problems I have with it are already addressed above.

I will point out how ever, most of these are UU and worse, but since its an ingame team this shouldn't matter.

Just saying.
