I know the natures are bad but I don't want to retrain one -.-

Bold = Edited

;479;Rotom (Grass) - Lv.55 Calm [FOR WIFI BATTLES]
- Reflect
- Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm
- Light Screen
Item Attached: Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
Use: Screen then run. Could replace Leaf Storm with something...

;130;Gyarados - Lv.65 Lonely
- Dive
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
Item Attached: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Use: A water type on the team as always, and Ice Fang to kill dragons. I use dragon dance and earthquake now, for coverage and because I already have dual screen.

:609:Chandelure - Lv.73 Hardy
- Shadow Ball
- Calm Mind
- Flamethrower
- Substitute
Item Attached: Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
Use: As suggested. Mostly for picking up weaklings, because substitute is AGAIN easily broken.

:571:Zoroark - Lv.60 (still training) Modest
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
(I looked at Pokemon of the Week)
Item Attached: Shell Bell
Ability: Illusion
Use: For fooling people into thinking that it's chandelure. Didn't try it and succeed yet though.

;475;Gallade - Lv.72 Lonely
- Psycho Cut
- Close Combat
- Leaf Blade
- Night Slash
(Also looked at Pokemon of the Week)
Item Attached: Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
Use: Great fighting type, but I really hate it when it dies just because of the scarf. It really needs the speed though, or else it'll get KO'd.

;373;Salamence - Lv.70 Adamant
- Dragon Claw
- Thunder Fang
- Dragon Tail
- Fly (I need fly)
Item Attached: Rocky Helmet
Ability: Moxie
Use: I KNOW! I made it forget dragon dance from dream world, which I now really regret. But right now it's just for sweeping after I set up dual screens. Dragon tail is good for messing up strategies.

So...
can someone who's good enough rate my team
tell me if i need adjustments
tell me to use other pokemon
for both ingame and wifi battles?
(just don't say nature or EV)

EDIT:
Pokemon I can also use

1.Espeon w/ Magic Bounce
2.Tyranitar
3.Metagross
4.Volcarona Modest
5.
6.Ferrothorn w/ Seed Bomb
7.Slowbro
8.Lucario w/ Justified
9.
10.Lapras
11.Houndoom
12.Dragonite w/ Multiscale
13. ALL STARTERS
14.Scrafty
15.ALL OBTAINABLE GENERATION V POKEMON
16.Starmie
17.Alakazam w/ Magic Guard
18.Anything dream world actually

(I think I listed too much)

Use Swords Dance > Tailwind on Scyther. he's fast enough without it and Tailwind isn't very effective at supporting the team.

Use Energy Ball over Psychic on Chandelure.

I'd say change Rotom to water because that's what people use nowadays.

Then do I need swampert anymore?
what should I use instead?

I'd give rotom a choice scarf for his item, and replace Shadow ball with trick.

I've never used chandelure but I don't think it needs overheat and flamethrower. I'd go for flamethrower personally, and just switch out to recharge your SAtk.

Give Zoroark leftovers if you can. If you don't have another pair than shell bell might be ok.

You meant overheat (not flamethrower) right?
and by the way, I keep losing because my pokemon's speeds aren't high enough
so i was wondering if I could use faster pokemon instead

Chandelure@Fire Gem
Timid Nature
EV's: 252 Sp atk, 252 Speed.
~Overheat
~Shadow ball
~Energy ball
~Pain Split
Thats a Killer (sad is that he isn't too fast T.T)
Fire Gem+Overheat let's you kill what doenst resist...
It works sometimes, but its a matter of prefference
2:
Chandelure@Leftovers
Timid Nature
~Flame thrower
~Shadow ball
~Calm mind/Energy ball
~Substitute
SubCalm Chandelure is amazing dude ^^
You can KO almost anything with Chandelure 140 Sp atk O.o
Gyarados@Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EV's: 252-Atk 252-Speed
~Bounce
~Waterfall
~Substitute
~Dragon dance
Bounce give you a free turn of Leftovers, so it can be kinda good if you know how to use it, Dragon dance+Substitute is allready a amazing combination, and if you have Bounce is just great.....O.o
If you don't understand something, just ask ^^

how about dive instead of bounce?
because i only have 1 DS so i can't migrate anything
and put something instead of waterfall?

The thing is...
my team always gets sweeped by volcarona and some tailwind pokemon
so i really need a dual screener
and something that completely counters volcarona

Wouldn't chandelure be a little weak with life orb and calm mind?
it could be easily rock slided or crunched after the calm mind and killed (i think so anyway)

Why Dive on Gyarados? Waterfall has more uses and deals more damage over two turns, plus has a neat flinching side effect.

Well actually it's for healing the damage I took from dragon dance (because I'm vulnerable)
It helps me escape a lot of stone edges.

Gyarados
Item life orb
Nature adamant/jolly
Ability intimidate
Move set
Waterfall
Outrage/stone edge
Earthquake
Dragon dance
Why do you need to put dive, it is not a very useful move because you said that it can dodge a lot of stone edge but how about next turn your opponent still can use stone edge and it will nearly or defeat Gyarados, also your opponnent can predict and change to a Pokemon that have water absorb ability for example vaporeon, it will gain your opponent HP for free. Waterfall is a lot better because it has more power, harder to predict and can flinch your opponent Pokemon.
Outrage is a better move to kill dragon type Pokemon. But if you don't want to use move continuously, then put stone edge instead to have high critical hit, if you think your salamence can kill dragon type Pokemon.
Earthquake, if you are faster you can kill electric type Pokemon.
Dragon Dance make you gain attack and speed, so you are be able to sweep your opponent.
