So the aim here is for togekiss to paralyze a pokemon, and for umbreon to toxic another. Then togekiss uses the paraflinch technique to avoid hits and umbreon keeps them in with mean look. When umbreon has poisoned and trapped, he can start using curse and then baton pass it onto metagross who can bullet punch his way through people. Salamence is just there to sweep at the end really if all else fails.
