Should I lower his speed to 329 and add it to hp?

Metagross @ Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 82 HP / 176 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Thunderpunch

Not sure if this "defensive metagross" works,trying something new and it has to much defense

Changing the hp to flying, not sure if it's a good idea without leftovers. The damage will add up slowly and surly. I'll take it out for salamence. Sound like a good idea?

Um, enough for 370 def only. Keep it at impish. Put the rest in hp and sdef. For meta that is.

just use 252/252/4 IMO. sleep talk is kind of pointless on something without rest or guts, use iron tail

it does work. max atk, enough for 320 hp, 200 spd, rest in def. i am probably wrong though

why would raikou risk staying in. plus modest raikou is slower anyway, and modest is standard

starmie beats jolly aero anyway

well sceptile has flying absorb so it absorbs all hp flying attacks. double-edge does **** to it with its 150 base defense and 95 base hp, and then sceptile uses a STAB'ed critical hit leaf blade for the 1HKO.

Sceptile....flying absorb? WTF are you on about. And the chances of getting a CH are still low even with leaf blade. Your little theory is relying on hax.

and with jolly aero you can't ohko starmie

plus adamant aero is faster then 8/10 of the starmies out there which run 330-333 speed, as max speed starmie is stupid (yay i can outspeed raikou and die to it either way)

also the whole sceptile/aero scenario was without a switch, as sceptile can **** anything up predicting a switch (meh except grasses)
