Scizor (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Silver Wind
- Swords Dance
use agility, hp ghost, endure, reversal @leichi. adamant. enough for 198 spd, max atk, rest in hp. if you are going to use scizor abuse his immunity to sandstream and use reversal.
Salamence (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]
if you are going to use DDMence which i don't reccomend because it won't get up 6 DD's unless you are battling an idiot, use:
Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 84 HP / 248 Atk / 138 Spd / 40 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide
use flygon though. your team needs earthquake+rock slide resist and flygon has it. hp bug, earthquake, rock slide, fire blast. adamant 252 atk/252 spd/4 satk.
Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 2 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Psychic
for agility metagross, use enough for 320 hp/405 atk/200 spd/rest in def. explosion>psychic always.
Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Punch
- Psychic
- Thunderpunch
timid, 252 atk/252 spd/4 hp. cm/psychic/fire punch/recover @lum berry[/b]
Machamp (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Cross Chop
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Rock Slide
don't use machamp in OU.
Marowak (M) @ Thick Club
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 2 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 1 Spd / 1 SAtk / 2 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bonemerang
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power
- Substitute
[b]marowak isn't able to sweep without ninjask passed to it so take it out.
no offense but your team just looks like a bunch of pokes put together. use a blissey because you REALLY need a special wall and a heal beller. i would take out scizor for forretress so it gets spikes and rapid spin. you need a skarmbliss counter (i would use magneton, it also resists boltbeam but thats kind of useless with the shitty sdef)
a team should have atleast 1 special sweeper, atleast 1 physical sweeper, maybe a choice bander, a special wall, physical wall, rapid spinner/magneton, and a skarmbliss counter. it doesnt need all of these though and try to get pokemon that has more then 1 job like blissey. they should also cover each other's weaknesses.
edit: also it's not a good idea to mix OU and UU pokemon together unless they can work in OU. check http://www.smogon.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1635 for a tiers list. also check http://groudonvolcano.cjb.net/index.php?showtopic=2133 but there's one alot better on smogon, i can't find it though.

k basic overview of your team in numbered points
1) 252/252 evs leave 6 free
2) those 6 can be used in another stat
3) psychic metagross fails
4) leftovers > salac berry
5) timid alakazam
6) choice band machamp
7) less then 4 evs in a stat makes NO difference
8) rock slide on marowak
also
you have no special taker/status absorber/physical taker
your team is just attack and has no diversity, which is needed on netbattle

you team isnt great because it is too physically based for a multi type trainer so add in some decent pokemon that have some special attacking moves because other wise you are going to be absolutely wasted by a physical wall eg skamaroy

how does skarmory beat salamence/machamp and alakazam again?
