How's this for an Emerald Team:
Naive Delcatty @ Choice Band
Assist
Return
Dig
Mimic

Naive Keckleon @ Choice Band
Metronome
Iron Tail
Thunderbolt
Trick

Hasty Spinda @ Choice Band
Assist
Metronome
Teeter Dance
Water Pulse

Naive Medicham @ Choice Band
Metronome
Body Slam
Bulk Up
DynamichPunch

Hasty Hypno @ Leftovers
Assist
Safeguard
ThunderPunch
IcePunch

Adamant Kabutops @ Shell Bell
Mud Shot
Rock Tomb
Aerial Ace
Knock Off

Note that this team is for fun only, so don't bash it too hard

Psych Up

You're going with Psych Up on a CBing Delcatty?

Naive Keckleon @ Choice Band
Metronome
Iron Tail
Thunderbolt
Trick

I like the Trick idea.

Hasty Spinda @ Choice Band
Assist
Metronome
Teeter Dance
Water Pulse

Replace Water Pulse with Shadow Ball. Choice Band helps only Atk. moves.

Naive Medicham @ Choice Band
Metronome
Body Slam
Bulk Up
DynamichPunch

You don't need Bulk Up since you've already got the CB. I suppose you might as well just get Explosion on this guy since he doesn't have the stats to do anything, but even Explosion with CB on Smeargle won't help.

Hasty Hypno @ Leftovers
Assist
Safeguard
ThunderPunch
IcePunch

It looks fine.

Adamant Kabutops @ Shell Bell
Mud Shot
Rock Tomb
Aerial Ace
Knock Off

HP Ground looks better here than Mud Shot. Rock Slide also is superior to Rock Tomb, and I think I'd suggest Swords Dance over Knock Off.

Just remember not to use Stat-raising or SAtk. moves with the Choice Band.

Okay thnx I like your criticism.
The Stat-upping moves are so that if your pokemon uses assist it might happen to use one of them.

Well, there's a problem. Not every Pokemon with a stat-enhancing move on your team has Assist.

Assist uses a random move from a pokemon on your team.

Thanks fore reminding of the the game mechanic I mixed up. Anyways, that still is a bit odd to me. Why would a CBing Pokemon need to use Psych Up?

Well, you might have a point there. I'll correct that, and thanks.
