Need better evs for this, IMO.

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers ** Call me a *****
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 46 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

Meh, been less effective lately

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers ** Hahaha!
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 192 Def / 122 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Armaldo (M) @ Leftovers

EVs: 180 HP / 116 Atk / 100 Def / 12 Spd / 100 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Knock Off
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

I'm also quite unsure about evs on this one.

Zapdos @ Leftovers

EVs: 120 HP / 120 Def / 136 Spd / 132 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt

I'm uncertain bout this too.

Need better evs for this, IMO.

I really haven't had a need to use Rest on Swampert, and Hydro Pump does a lot to Skarm. I use 240 HP / 68 Atk / 96 SAtk / 104 SDef.

I'm uncertain bout this too.

Only needs about 345 SAtk (112/6 EVs). I prefer enough speed for 296, and the rest looks fine.

I can never spot Pokémon weaknesses ><.

Armaldo is still going to be s### a## slow so no need for jolly. Go adamant or impish.

why the **** would you ever put 296 on zapdos when you can just put in a few more evs and tie mence.

Erm, maybe light screen over sleep talk over zappy?

And if I were to use a Regice, what set and evs do I give it? Oh and any pokemon weaknesses?
