It's a good thing that you canned your other set. It was a bad Starmie set. This one is much better.

Salac and moves other than reversal is generally a bad idea. I'd go leftovers instead. With this, tyranitar beats this by just switching in, maybe even before.

Calm mind is a good idea with all attack moves, great strategy. Swampert may give this set problems, so hp grass is an option.

That Sceptile gets walled hard by sp. walls, especially lax and bliss.

Give Sceptile sub/seed/leaf blade/hp ice. I'm uncertain bout evs on sceptile though.
