Why are you buying XD?

For which reason are you buying/playing XD? i because for Lugia, Marowak with Thick Club and the hard to catch kangaskan

My main reason.... is because it's a new Pokémon game and .. LUGIA. Though initially I didn't like how the character looks, now I'm used to him.. he's kinda adorable, as in teddy bear adorable. And I'm very grateful that the stupid Jovi doesn't follow you. <_<;

I got the game because I actually liked Colosseum and wanted to see what the sequel would be like. Actually, I simply bought it since it was the next Pokemon RPG, nothing more.

Well, XD just rocks. It's a little easy though, since the Admins nor Grand Master carry no healing items, and the fact that I have, like, 77/83 Shadow Pokemon. Rare Pokemon and Items reside in Colosseum, such as the two Leftovers you find in the game, and the Lucky Egg.

It continues my absolutely favorite storyline of the entire Pokémon franchise: the Orre Saga. I love this place in every way, and I also love every character that was intruduced here. Heck, I'm loving to write about it. I love everything in Orre, every person in Cipher, every hero and every place of this awesome place.

But plot aside, I want it for a few things...

-The few worthy exclussive Moves. Ampharos and Lapras with Heal Bell sound so cool, and I want to test them. Plus, the Special Moves of the Legendary Birds make them all playable! And I want to try them too.

-Lucky Egg. Though I just sharked a few (OMFG! A CHEATER! :rolleyes: ), I want a legal one. XD.

-The improved Battle Mode. I wanna see the spiffied effects and graphics of both the Pokémon and the Trainers. The Stadium Choice is also cool. Not to mention the FR/LG Girl model. :D:D:D

-Lugia. Just because... even if I'm against its widespread. =/

I'm buying it really just for the Shadow Lugia. I have everyone else, although some of the items will always be useful. Lugia is very strong, plus even if I don't use it too much it's great for bragging rights against my friend who doesn't have a GameCube and loves Lugia. Other than Lugia, it sounds like a fun game to play, especially being a sequel to Colluseum.

I found a new reason to buy XD - shadow attacks. I've checked the attackdex of Serebii.net, whoa. In Colo there's just Shadow Rush, but in XD there's multiples of different attacks that Shadow Pokémon use.

I enjoyed Coloseum so I got the follow up. The only way I could get Lugia because Nintendo Australia refuses to release a Pokemon tour. eg. We never got the EON ticket and haven't even got the ticket for Deoxys or Lugia and HoOh. Coloseum gave me Ho Oh and XD gave me Lugia so I'm satisfied. I enjoy catching shadow Pokemon anyway.
