i need to replace some pkm in my team on my sapphire. here is my team

furret lv 22
buetifly lv 23

i need to replace buetifly due to weak moves and furret do to get a better pkm

replacing buetifly with lileep lv 21,but lileep has has horrble moves and weak stats......i have 4 badges ...what should I do!?!?!?!?!;280;
