What are your Pokemon's natures? What are they holding?

CHARIZARD @ White Herb/Leftovers/Scope Lens
Earthquake
Belly Drum
Overheat/Aerial Ace/HP (Flying)
Ancient Power/HP (Rock)/Rock Slide

Accuracy is a major issue with Rock Slide. Dragon Claw usually won't even get close to an OHKO, even STABbed, on a Dragon, so it's not really worth your time. Obviously you would only use the White Herb if you had Overheat. Unless you're facing a mono Grass team you won't need to use Fire attacks that often, and Flying can cover basically the same things while making the most of Charizard's good attack stat. If you choose Flying moves over Fire you can safely go Adamant with Charizard without losing too much power.

NIDOKING @ Leftovers
Megahorn
Earthquake
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb

Aside from the accuracy issues with OHKO moves, they're inherently cheap and won't get you any friends if they hit.

JOLTEON @ Shell Bell
Thunderbolt
HP (Grass) / Substitute
Wish
Baton Pass

I've never found much of a use for a Baton Passer in-game, but what the hell.

RHYDON @ Leftovers
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Focus Punch
Substitute

You don't need to Swords Dance with Focus Punch... if it doesn't die, it'll be pretty darn close.

EXEGGUTOR @ Leftovers
Sounds like a plan to me.

LAPRAS @ Leftovers
Boy is this set fun, especially combined with Water Absorb.

Overall, you've got a big emphasis on the Earthquakes and the Rock Slides. Half of your team is weak to Water, so it's a good thing that the other half counters Water- but still, risky. I would take out Rhydon for something else- something with Fighting moves. Breloom, Heracross, heck, you can put Gengar in there and have a blast since Gengar is so unpredictable. Jolteon might also be OK to go for something versatile like Gengar, or an Elementpuncher like Alakazam (although I hate Alakazam's weakness to life in general.)
